THE RATIONAL “SIDE”

  • Our caregivers are constantly upgrading their knowledge and are trained in dementia, dealing with agitation and engagement activities to keep patients occupied and stimulated.
  • While understanding the disease is important, understanding the person with the disease is what distinguishes our caregivers. We have gone to great lengths and take particular pride in our ability to “see the person, not just the disease”. All our caregivers are trained to develop an appreciation for each patient’s unique personality and cultural orientation.
